Basic certification in Hardware & Networking preferred
Job Responsibilities
Provide onsite desktop and laptop support to users.
Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows OS, software applications, and drivers.
Handle basic hardware troubleshooting (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS, etc.).
Support printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Configure LAN network, IP addressing, and connectivity issues.
Install and update antivirus and security patches.
Coordinate with central IT team for major technical issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory and service reports.
Provide user support for email, Outlook, and basic networking issues.
Ensure timely closure of support tickets.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware & Networking
Understanding of Windows 10 / Windows 11
Basic LAN troubleshooting
Good communication and user handling skills
Willingness to work onsite as a resident engineer
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Active Directory (basic)
Basic understanding of MS Office troubleshooting
Internship or training in IT support
